We have freshly squeezed orange juice, homemade granola, and homemade yoghurt. We serve eggs any style-the specialty being a soufflé omelet-one day with lobster, perhaps, the next, with feta and fresh herbs. The locally smoked baked ham, bacon or breakfast jerk sausage is wonderful. Try the smoked marlin.
Freshly ground Blue Mountain coffee made in a French press or Illy espresso as well as a variety of teas are offered. Fresh fruits in season are served daily. We always have homemade pepper sauce on hand for those who like it hot, hot, hot!
As a small Boutique Hotel our emphasis and focus is on providing an experience that at all times intertwines elegance, comfort and luxury. We have a staff of seven - 3 housekeepers, 2 bartenders, 1 gardener and 1 full time security guard - who together with the owners cater to your needs. We also employ a Security Company 24 hours daily to ensure your safety.

Blue oasis
This luxurious superior junior suite covers about 400 sq. ft and overlooks the sea. It has an aura of tranquility, which is disturbed occasionally by the gentle lapping of the waves on the beach. Relax in the robes provided to add to the comfort of your room. There are double sinks and twin showers. Enjoy the magnificent sunsets from your verandah or choose to have a massage as the sun disappears below the horizon. At night, drift away on your mahogany four poster bed as you sink into the welcoming caress of your down-filled mattress cover.
Rhapsody in Green & Tropical Splendour
These junior suites face each other across the courtyard on the second floor. They are complimented by the tropical garden which they overlook. In keeping with the decor the rooms are outfitted with four poster beds made from bamboo. Each being about 350 sq ft, they offer a setting of luxury and comfort. Rhapsody in Green and Tropical Splendour are bright and airy and invite instant relaxation and distancing from the stresses of everyday life.
Sea Foam & The Cove
These Deluxe Rooms offer luxury and comfort that is in keeping with the others. They are on the ground floor on the opposite sides of the courtyard and allow us to offer access and some facilities for the disabled. Each room is approximately 300 sq ft and contains amenities similar to our suites.

The beach bar, which is open to the public, serves over 80 cocktails made with premium alcohol at competitive prices.
Don't be shy to ask for your own special cocktail recipe. Our bartenders are friendly, courteous and make great cocktails.
We have rum tastings - try rums from around the world.
Grey Goose vodka infused with Scotch Bonnet pepper is the base for our cocktail called "Fire in Yuh Wire"!!!
We also infuse vodka with fresh ginger for another delightful taste.
Our Margaritas are world class. Patron Silver or Anejo Gold tequila, anyone?
The Champagne/Proseco cocktails are made with the finest liqueurs.

There is a variety of beers, local and imported.
When lime or orange juice is required, it is always freshly squeezed.
Bar Food:
Jamaican cocktail patties with homemade pepper sauce and ketchup and jerk sausage are our snacks.
Curried or jerked almonds or peanuts are gratis with your first drink.
