Situated to the northern edge of the estate, Clemrose is a colonial style villa nestled amongst lush tropical gardens. Enjoy island living as you relax around the pool or sunbathe on your personal beach chairs at the exclusive Sandy Lane Owners Beach Club, which is a short drive away.

There are four bedrooms in the main house and an additional two in the self contained cottage. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, and have en-suite bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom is located on the upper floor of the main house, and features a king 4 poster bed, a small sitting area, and a private balcony overlooking the gardens. Bedroom 2 and 3 are also located on the upper floor and both have queen beds. Bedroom 4 is located on the ground floor, with a queen size 4 poster bed, and direct access to the pool deck through French doors.

The entrance to the main house leads into an open plan living area, with a separate TV/sitting room to the right, and the formal dining room with seating for 10 to the left. The living room opens on to a covered wrap around balcony, which then leads down to the pool deck and gardens. The well equipped kitchen features a breakfast nook, which also accesses the ground floor balcony, via French doors. Upstairs, in addition to the bedrooms, there is an air-conditioned study which opens on to a covered wrap around balcony overlooking the pool.

The cottage is located just inside of the entrance to the property and is fully self contained, with a living room, dining room and kitchen, and access to a small private garden area. The cottage bedrooms, 5 and 6, have twin beds and a double bed respectively.

Clemrose House is located within a 10 minute walk to Holetown where guests will find excellent shopping, restaurant and entertainment options. Speightstown is a 10 – 15 minute drive to the north by car. The Sandy Lane facilities include golf, tennis and a world-class spa, all within close proximity to Clemrose (reservations are required).
