| Fairway Manor is a 5,600-square-foot private home overlooking the famous Half Moon 18-hole Robert Trent Jones golf course and the sea. Its rooms open onto verandahs and balconies where the sweeping 120-degree view of luxuriant gardens, golf course, sea and sky is truly breathtaking. Delicious meals are prepared by the live-in cook and served in the inside dining area or on the candlelit poolside verandah. A separate entrance leads to the large upper level accommodations with two more air-conditioned bedrooms. Please note there is no interior passageway or stairway between the lower and upper levels ~ only outside access. Just minutes down the hill is the lively Half Moon Shopping Village with designer shops, English pub, bars, restaurants and medical facility. Colorful Montego Bay and the "hip strip" are just 15 minutes away. The new world-class Ritz Carlton Hotel with superb shops, restaurants, and golf course is five minutes away. Also, five minutes away is the four-star Wyndham Rose Hall Resort & Country Club where Fairway Manor guests enjoy full membership privileges. | ||

UPPER LEVEL: Master Bedroom 1 (300 ft²): Queensize bed. Spacious en-suite bath has walk-in shower and large Sundance hot tub, marble vanity. French doors open to balcony. Master Bedroom 2 (300 ft²): Kingsize bed. En-suite bath has tub/shower combination and marble vanity. French doors open to balcony. Living Room (1,200 ft²): Spacious high-ceilinged room with entertainment center (TV, VCR, sound system), antiques, original art ... generously furnished on cool stone floors. Six French doors open to upper balcony. Entire area is excellent for entertaining. All upper level rooms open to the 900-square-foot covered balcony draped with colorful bougainvillea. The panorama of the Caribbean Sea is magnificent from this vantage point. Sunsets are unforgettable. LOWER LEVEL: Bedrooms 3, 4 & 5 (240 ft²): Kingsize or twin beds at guests’ option. En-suite baths have tub/shower combinations and marble vanities. French doors open to the lower verandah, private pool and spa area. Bedroom 6 (200 ft²): Fullsize double bed and cozy sitting area in west wing. En-suite bath has tiled walk-in shower and marble vanity. Opens to private outdoor garden patio and to interior hallway. Bedroom 7 (288 ft²): Kingsize or twin beds at guests’ option. En-suite bath has tub/shower combination and marble vanity. Opens to private outdoor garden patio and to interior hallway. Bedroom 7 also has an additional daybed for a 15th guest for additional $29 per night. NOTE - The downstairs foyer is an entertainment center with TV, VCR and sound system. Occupancy of 5 bedrooms is limited to the lower level. Only groups occupying 6 or 7 bedrooms may reserve the upper level. |
