Rimma -
You are a star! We are just back from 7 glorious days in St. Maarten - Baywood Villa. The house was everything we expected and more. Cynthia and Natesha were very helpful while we were there - giving us directions which can be quite something on the island. The accommodations were fantastic - very clean and exactly as you had promoted. We did have a slight issue with the hot tub, but one phone call and it was fixed. A couple things for future vacationers: 1. There are no lights by the hot tub - this can be a bit tricky but there are candles and flashlights available for night time hot tub use. 2. The roads on the island are very narrow and steep. An all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle is highly recommended and be prepared to be aggressive in driving - the locals sure are :) 3. You can walk to the Westin and Dawn Beach, but but no other restaurants, shops, beaches, etc. This is not a problem as the drive to all is easy, but it is something to be aware of. 4. Definitely check out Baie Rouge - it is a beach on the French side and well worth the trip. We will definitely use Rimma and Sunny Villa Holidays again - you are terrific! Happy New Year! |

Fabulous place to stay in Montego Bay -we'll go back one day
We stayed at Villa Bahia in Montego bay, Jamaica ,thanks to the recommendation of Rimma of Sunny Villa Holidays We were three families in all: me and my wife with 7yo twins; my parents in their 60s and my brother and wife (been married just a year). We had never been to Montego Bay and never rented a villa. We loved everything about this particular villa -the location, the service, the staff (including the cook, manager and driver w/minivan we hired, Marvin, also via Rimma), the food. The swimming pool was too cold for me, but that's Mother Nature's fault - my kids didn't care and were in it all the time. There was a fourth bedroom in the basement we didn't need or use (when we went, it wasn't of the quality of the rest of the main-floor apartments, so they need to redo it). There's so much to do and see in Montego Bay and this is an ideal location for it all. We recommend Villa Bahia to everyone - and we will definitely go back one day. Thanks a million once again Sree |

My family and I stayed at the Boco Del Rio villa 8/15/11 thru 8/22/11, the service from Keisha and Gregory was good. We did suffer through our last night without any running water. There also was a problem with rodents that increased during the week

I had the pleasure of visiting Negril in November 2009 with my husband and brother. It was my very first time in Jamaica and I definitely know it will not be my last. It is such a beautiful place to be. I just cannot wait to come again.

Hello Rimma, I just wanted to let you know El Magnifico was excellent. I am looking forward to staying there next time. Probably in building 6 this time because it has better access to the beach and a better view.

January 25 – Feb 8, 2011 – St Lucia -
Again this year we booked our vacation house through Rimma at Sunny Villa Holidays. (www.lovethesun.com). The 4 bedroom Albatros Nest was absolutely stunning. The neat architecture of the open concept of the house made it fun. The outdoor pool overlooked the Carribean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. The great view was breathtaking. The directions that Rimma gave us from the airport were right on the button and Diane was waiting for us just as she had said. It is far up the hill however if you like a relaxed atmosphere this is the place to be. There was a short walk to the beach ( approx 10 min) below. Ivy, the housekeeper came mon to Fri to do daily maintenance. She was very friendly and we enjoyed our visits with her. The outdoor living space was really nice however the focal point was our own private pool where we spent much of our time. We rented a SUV so were able to venture out on the island. We attended the street dance at Gros Islet which we had the opportunity to experience the St Lucian culture. We made many trips to Rodney Bay , a nice place to hang out. We did zip-lining which was a great experience. We took a private island boat tour with Captian Warren with Sea Breeze Adventures. A must to do. The only thing that we did not do was climb the pitons. That Is on our bucket list the next time we visit St Lucia! St Lucia is a great experience and beautiful island. Thanks again Rimma for the recommendation and great service |

St Maarten: January 2010
We stayed at the Puesto del sol in Pelican estates area (Dutch side). Very nice 3 bedroom /3 1/2 bathrooms, beachfront condo. I booked thru Rimma at Sunny Villa Holidays. Her web site is www.lovethesun.com , Very reasonable and very private. Very roomy for 3 couples. Nice decor. We were situation on the 2nd floor however we were able to enjoy the cruise ships sail by. The beach is rocky in front but because all beaches are public it was nice because there was no traffic. The swimming beach with no rock is a 10 min walk on the beach around the corner. This was no big deal it gave us an opportunity to expore all other 37 beaches on the island. Our favorite was Maho where the airport runway is, sounds kinda crazy why you would want to be at a beach where the planes come in but believe me it was fun and quite the experience. Another beach that is interesting is the nude beach at Orient bay (French side). Stayed there for a bit and then fled, not for us but an experience. The Puesta del sol was also in walking distance to restaurants, casinos, The Red Piano bar ( its fun here), buckaneers ( beach front open rest and bar with beach). The Dutch side is cheaper to stay opposed to the French side and just more things in close range. Philispberg was not far, maybe 1/2 hour drive. Groceries best at the big supermarket, the Grand Marche. Just don't get caught on there roads from 3 ot 6 because you might as well have a 12 pack of beer with you because you will need it. The road system is something to be desired but fun and interesting. Because there was 6 of us we rented a van. Its funny because all there vehicles have dents and scrapes. Luckly we avoided these damages. In closing booking with Rimma thru Sunny Villa Holidays was smooth and very trustworthy. I will be booking thru her again as everything she told us was exactly how it was. Thanks once again |

Just have to thank you for the wonderful recommendations.....
Just spent some time in the Villa Wag Water on the Prospect Plantation in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. We thoroughly enjoyed Wag Water, Devon, Marge & Latisha treated us like one of their own.....We had a fun and humorous tour of the plantation. It was more than awesome....was treated like royalty. Yes, and Half Moon WAS grand luxury!!!! Maybe a tad formal and fancy for us - but for only 5 nights it was GREAT! We are Really happy we took your advise Rimma to stay there......LOVED IT! Thanks Rimma for your recommendation - couldn't have been better!!! Our GROUP wants to try Jamaica again next year - they just loved the maid, butler, cook idea. Devon our butler came out with us every time we went somewhere and acted as our bodyguard made us feel special....LOL Cannot wait to go back - and recommend to all....!!! Your loyal repeat client - Carla and the gang |

We had a great time at the Cotton Bay rsort in St.Lucia!!!!
Avis did not have our rental car available, but after seeing the condition of the roads after the hurricane and how windy, narrow and hilly they were, we decided that was a blessing. There is a driver name Gatean (not sure about spelling) who does a lot of business at Cotton Bay and we pretty much adopted him for the week. Very conscientious, he made sure we were picked up on time and returned safely to our villa. He also was able to get us reservations at a couple of spots the hotel couldn’t. We wound up upgrading our villa after our first night to a larger unit with everything on one floor. The first unit did not have a table large enough for all of us to eat together and didn’t have enough seating in the living room for us to sit at the same time. And the living room was very small. We were impressed with how clean all the island restaurants were, not typical in the Caribbean. There were a few comments about the hotel which I would share with you and them for feedback: No air conditioning in the living room and kitchen was uncomfortable. All the swimming pools were 5’ deep; too deep for either of my kids to touch. It would be nice to have some sort of platform or something to put in the pool that allow the kids to be able to stand with their heads above water. Although all that treading water sure makes them sleep well at night. J Food at the Beach Club restaurant is mediocre. Would be nice if there was a snack menu for the beach. Kids (and adults too!) might enjoy a snack in the afternoon since dinner tends to be late when you’re on vacation. Santa came to the beach and had a gift for each child that was age and sex appropriate. What a nice touch!!. The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate wherever possible. For as new as the resort is, we were surprised at the number of maintenance issues and how long it took to resolve. With the recent hurricane, I’m guessing parts were difficult to come by. The ice maker didn’t work (because the water had been turned off, we discovered later) is our first villa. It didn’t work in the second villa either. And it took daily calls and daily visits before it was 4 days before it was fixed. Overall a positive experience and I would stay there again. And the next time we’re looking to vacation in the Caribbean, we’ll definitely book with you. I can’t say enough good things about your prompt service, recommendations, and#@*%!istance. Thanks so much for making what started out to be a nightmare much better! Thanks again Deanne |
