Just to let you know that we arrived home on Wed from St Maarten.

Our stay at the Puesta Del Sol was fabulous. The Villa worked great for us. The front was nice with not alot of traffic.

We ventured to all the beaches and our favorite was Maho Beach, great experience!!

Anyway, I would like to thank you for your great service and hope to do business with you one day soon.

Hello Rimma, Thank you for all of your help in securing the Villa Olga. The staff was very kind and attentive, we wanted to take them home with us. The Villa itself was not as clean as I would have preferred, however, we made it our home for 8 days. We had an enjoyable time in Jamaica.

This is long overdue...

My wife and I stayed at the Goat Hill Villa in Montego Bay the spring of 2006 for our honeymoon.

In the rush of moving shortly after arriving home, I never replied to you. In short, we will gauge all of our future vacations on that trip. It was phenomenal. The location was wonderful, the staff were delightful, and the villa itself has greatly influenced our idea of the perfect holiday lodging.
If there was any complaint, it was the lack of easy access to the beach. A supplied rental or even a golf cart would fix that.

When we're ready to go back, we'll give you a call!

Just a note, Rimma, to say that my wife and I could not have had a better time at the Hideaway Resort in the Dominican Republic. The unspoiled beach stretching for miles in both directions, the wonderful room overlooking the pool, palm trees and ocean, the friendly staff, the quaint, open-air restaurant, the nearby towns of Cabareta and Sousa -- everything about our stay was just wonderful. We will be back -- unless we get tempted by your other offerings.

What a wonderful stay we had at Fort Leaford! It had space, comfort, gorgeous views and a great staff. I truly felt at home. It was our first time in Montego Bay, but it won't be the last! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Shame on me for not contacting you sooner. I thought about you often but alway while driving and then not when in front of a computer.

We had a marvelous time and Coral Beach Club in St.Martin was perfect. Everyone in the group repeatedly said how it really lived up to the hype and pictures that you sent and was beyond all our expectations! The accommodations were perfect for us and the beach bar and restaurant next door was awesome.

I personally loved the outdoor showers and the sunken ramada with the swim up pools. It was true luxury and the accommodations made for a vacation of a lifetime.

Bevan was so helpful and what a go-getter! He helped us out getting to the airport and took us to and from the extreme zip line which was a great adventure.

All in all I would rate the accommodations a 10+; your help also a 10+ and St. Maarten is awesome!

What can I say, our wedding at Moondance Villas was more than words can expres, and we were thrilled that you were able to join us in our celebration.

Moondance was all that you claimed it was and more! You not only accomidated our large group with stride, you were always quick to respond to emails and phone calls. I couldn't ask for you to do anything better.

When we were first planning you were persistant without being obnoxious, which was a big help with my indecisive mother.

I’ve been meaning to write to you and tell you what a wonderful time my family and friends had in Jamaica at villa Olga.

I don’t know how time keeps slipping away! Anyhow, we couldn’t have had a better time if we tried.

Villa Olga was really very satisfactory for our needs and we so appreciated everything Dorothy, Denton and Joyce did for us to make our stay comfortable. Our only complaint was the barking dogs on all sides of the house, but what can you do?

All the women fell in love with Dave, our driver, what a hotty! Where can I leave compliments for this fine, affordable rental?

How fortunate you are to have visited St. Lucia. That was actually the first island I was looking at to visit back last Spring – the airfare is what changed my mind – it was about $900 per person round trip! Oh well, maybe someday I will be able to visit this beautiful island.

We are hopeful to vacation again the week of Thanksgiving. We don’t have any place in particular in mind. I was hoping you might have some suggestions. It may only be 3 of us this time and keep in mind I am a “budget” vacationer. I do prefer any place warm and tropical.

We are back home from our wonderful stay at Villa Bahia in Montego Bay, Jamaica. It was fantastic!

We were in awe at the homes and villas in the area and one of our traveling companions mentioned how beautiful this one villa was as we approached. Then to our amazement, the driver turned into the driveway.

Devon is a delight to work with and we enjoyed his personality and professional attitude. Sonja was a great cook and we all gained a few pounds and she kept our rooms and laundry above our expectations.

We have carried on so about our trip that we have some friends asking for information and we will not hestitate to give your name and Villa Bahia as the person and place to contact.

Hi Rimma!

Well I promised you that I would write when we returned and so I am finally getting to it - cannot believe we have been home a week already.

WE had a wonderful time at the Dream Castle villa in Montego Bay; you were absolutely right - the home is gorgeous and the staff is awesome. We really enjoyed all of them. We also had great weather. By having the van and driver, we did many things we have never done when we were in Jamaica before.

The grandkids just loved the home too - they wanted to stay. Our 3 year (almost 4) old granddaughter asks her mom everyday if they can go to Jamaica. Her 6 yr. brother asks to go out and play with his friend but Taylor asks "can I go to Jamaica?"

Overall, it was fantastic and everything else went smooth. It was a great experience living in a castle and being waited on.

thank you for arranging our stay at Fort Leaford in Montego Bay. (4/6-4/14/09) This is not a villa but a mini mansion! The home is in need of some repairs due to its age, but it is comfortable and very very spacious! It has a historical feel and we felt fortunate to have stayed there. The view is to die for! We were able to stand anywhere in the yard, on the veranda, many balconies, and the pool and see ALL of Montego Bay! Jimmy and Gretal were the best! They did everything for us. Waking up to breakfast on the veranda and then formal dinners in the dining room were a treat for our family!

Mr. Williams himself called us to welcome us to Fort Leaford and invited us back to stay. My only suggestion for him is to invest in some upgrades and he will have a villa (mini mansion) to share with many travelers forever!

Thanks again for all of your help. We will definitely call you again when we return to Jamaica!

We enjoyed our stay at your villa. The staff is absolutely wonderful. We loved the accomodations. The only bad thing were the barking dogs on both sides of the villa.

Rimma, thank you for taking care of the arraignments for our week at Bobbie's in Ft Myers Beach. Everything went as planned and we really enjoyed you stopping by while we there to socialize :<)
Bobbie's itself needs upgrading, and the owner had the AC turned off? but we knew what we were getting before we got there. The location can not be beat, and the price is the best on the beach for the location, but don't tell the owner!

Thank you very much! We had great vacation on La Maison Blanche in St.Martin.

The real villa looks even better than on the photos, it's new and shining. We enjoyed the pool, cooked in super-equipped kitchen, and on the outdoor grill.

All the details of interior had a touch of great taste. We loved the towels and bathrobes! We loved the outdoor tables and spent a lot of time around them. We played ping-pong, and were even able to connect to the internet.

The beach is indeed a surfer-paradise kind, but we had such a nice view to the ocean from the villa, we could hear the sound of the waves and enjoy fresh sea breeze, and villa was so nice, that we did not go to the beach very often, although it was a short 5-minute pleasant walk.
