| Villa Monzon is located in a private community of seven homes called "Content" (Classic Elegance in a Tropical Paradise). The Monzon Estate was formerly part of the Royal Windsor Family of England's Plantation. | ||

| This property was presented to Sir Winston Churchill in 1946, after the end of World War II. Mr. Churchill spent many content vacations here until he decided to invite some of his closest friends to come and enjoy his newly found paradise. | ||

| On four acres of lush landscaping, Villa Monzon is a private paradise with spectacular views of Montego Bay, the ocean, and surrounding mountains. Architecturally, Monzon is a unique property designed to maximize privacy. Five levels of living space provide ample opportunity to find your favorite place to relax. |

| All bedrooms open up to a private veranda or balcony. The living room is the center of this home with a short distance to a private bath, kitchen, dining veranda, upper and lower level bed rooms, and swimming pool. For sun bathers, the roof deck provides a spectacular panoramic view. | ||

In true Jamaican style, Monzon is staffed so that guests are made to feel right at home. Gorgeous
sunny days and sparkling nights combined with home cooked meals and attention to every detail will
pamper each guest into sublime relaxation. The night view of Montego Bay is truly breathtaking from
all levels of the villa.

| Historically, the original "Content" estate was 300 plus acres. Later, Winston Churchill's niece, Lady Sarah sold off parts of the estate which now comprises this seven home community. The original Content/Churchill estate is on 16 acres next to Monzon and on the other side is the "Drambuie" estate on 75 acres. Located below Monzon is the "Hammerstein" estate. Monzon, Hammerstein and Drambuie Estates were built perched on the next hill across from the Churchill's home. Generations of English royalty have attended memorable parties and occasionally resided in the neighborhood, over a great many years. | ||

Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom. Extra persons in any room will cost an additional $30 per night. Rates include roundtrip transfers to/from Sangster International Airport. GROCERIES AND BEVERAGES Personalized menus can be provided via the cook staff. An approximate food budget is $30 - $45 per person/per day, less for children. It is recommended to prepay all food as this will simplify your staffs ability to stock the house for your trip before you arrive. Lobster, shrimp, imported meats will increase food budget. Beverages can be stocked at your request. POLICY INFORMATION $500.00 Damage deposit required, refundable upon return from trip. 10% gratuity requested as appreciation to your staff. Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. on arrival day. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on departure day. |
