All of the Prospect rental houses are fully staffed with a cook, butler,
maid/laundress and all night security. Guests can also enjoy the free use of the
Estate's tennis court, mini-golf course and the ever-popular Prospect Plantation Tours
which offers jitney and horse back riding tours. All activities are within an
easy 5-minute walk of the villas. The friendly on-site managers greet all guests
and are happy to cater to their individual needs. All guests of Prospect Villas receive complimentary Plantation Tours, horseback riding, mini golf, 1 return trip airport transfer per booking on stays of seven days or more and beach access. |

Food and drink expenses are not included but the cook will purchase and prepare all meals
in accordance with the guests wishes. Alternatively, a meal plan is available for US $50.00 a day per person (1/2 price for children) Does not include drinks. Gratuities are at the guests discretion. |
