The three story mansion boasts 5 elegantly coordinately and comfortable appointed en – suite bedrooms. All includes air – conditioned, cable TV, safety deposit box, four piece hand – carved bedroom set, stereo, telephone and 3 ft cubic refrigerator. From each adjoining balcony the magnificent Ocean, mountain, and city view prevails.
A small bedroom adjoins one of the large bedrooms share the entrance and bathroom – perfect for a family with small children or teenagers to share. The villa is designed to comfortable sleep 10 adults and 2 children, however, 4 additional beds are provided that may accommodate a total of 14 guests, at no extra cost.

Property damage deposit of US$500 is required and is promptly refunded on schedule date of departure if no damage is done to the property during your stay.
Staff gratuity of 10% is added to villa rate during the high season (December 14 - April 14) and 15% during the low season period (April 15 - December 13). The villa is rented at a minimum of 5 days during the low season and 7 days during the high season. We will pre-stock the ingredients for your first meal upon your request. And provide you with your shopping receipt upon your arrival, along with US$60 taxi fee service charge. Your cook will meet with you at this time to discuss additional grocery needs. |
