Villa En'Sea is within a short 10-minute walk to the nearest beach and water sports, or a 20 minute walk to Front Street, the shopping mecca of the Caribbean. The capital of French Saint Martin, Marigot, is accessible through Link 1, and is only a 20 minute drive away.

This unique villa offers everything imaginable: complete privacy, a large pool area, a pool lounge, security, ample parking, a back-up generator, satellite TV, WiFi, A/C throughout, and much more. On the main level sits a master suite with king size bed, and a guest room with a queen size bed. On the lower level sits a grand master suite with king size bed, reading corner, work table, walk-in closet, and large master bathroom; a guest room with a king bed, and another guest room with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have dramatic views of the harbor and bay. The large covered terrace overlooks the entire Philipsburg Harbor, and features a large dining table with seating for 12, a seating area, as well as a comfortable lounge area.
