Turqouze is a beautiful three bedroom, three and a half bath villa located on the hillside in the residential area of Jardin D'Orient, overlooking the famous Orient Baie Beach, one of the nicest beaches on the island. This classically modern villa is furnished in a minimalist style with white and hardwoods, and Terracotta tiles throughout the villa that warm the cool white walls.

As you enter the villa the incredible view greets you through the entry arch. The open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops. A small office area with safe and half bath is across from the kitchen. The air-conditioned living and dining area offers satellite television, DVD player, stereo and CD player with IPod Dock.

Bedroom one and two are located on the opposite sides of the living room. Each has queen size bed and en-suite bath. A few stairs up from the living room area you will find the third bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bath. The lower level consists of an air-conditioned exercise room with free weights, home gym and stationary bike. Spectacular views of the sea through large picture windows in every room, including the bathrooms, serves as a stunning backdrop for this home.

From the indoor living/dining area (there is also access from two bedrooms) you exit through large sliding glass doors out to the pool deck area. The plunge pool is centered in the deck and is a wonderful spot to take a dip or enjoy the view. There is also seating for six, and deck chairs for sunning.

Turquoze has a two bedroom sister villa, Aralliya, on the same property with all the same amenities. The villas can be rented together for large group or separately. When rented separately, both villas offer maximum privacy.

Caretaker lives in a private apartment below Turquoze...But, if you require maximum privacy and do not want the caretaker to be there, let us know and we can make the arrangements.
