This Cretan house, set in large pretty gardens of trees and flowers is central to the village of Bali, only 30 metres from the beach and about 100 metres to a variety of tavernas and shops. There is an old wood burning stove and a barbecue for guests to use. The house has 3 storeys, with one ground floor apartment, and 2 apartments on the first floor. The owner occupies an apartment on the second floor.

Each apartment, about 55sqm in size, is traditionally furnished, sleeps 4 people, has one bedroom, a living room with 2 beds, a kitchenette, ironing board with iron, and a bath/WC, as well as either a balcony or sun terrace with garden views. Further to this, each apartment has two air conditioning units (extra local charge), and there is a very large sun terrace, about 60sqm, on the second floor of the house, which all of the guests can use.
