These superbly sited apartments set in large rugged grounds (27000sqm), have the sea on their doorstep, with vistas of the beautiful coastline of the Akrotiri peninsula. The attractive and well cared for apartments with split level colorful little garden areas, are on the outskirts of the village of Stavros, some 14 km from Chania. Facilities include a large sea water swimming pool with a shallow end for the children, with surrounding terraces complete with sun beds ad sun umbrellas. There is a very small reception area with telephone and fax. The apartments are housed in two buildings, and are simply, but tastefully furnished, each with balcony or terrace with fabulous sea views. A/C is available with extra local charge. You can chose from the following types f accommodation.

Type A: Six studios for 2-3 people with living/bedroom, twin beds or double bed, kitchenette and hip bath or shower/WC.

Type B: Five apartments for 2-4 people, comprising of one bedroom with twin beds or double bed, kitchenette, living/dining area with either one sofa or two extra beds, and bathroom with hip bath or shower/WC.

Type C: five apartments for 4-5 people comprising of two bedrooms with double bed or twin beds, kitchenette, living/dining area with a sofa bed and shower/WC.

The owner’s family owns a small bar/tavern, which is situated 100 meters away and a larger variety of taverns and shops can be found in the village of Stavros. There is a mini market only 300 meters away, while the lovely sandy beaches of Stavros are at distance of 1,5 km. There is a local bus service to Chania, though car hire is advisable.
