This recently built  hotel has 32 modern en-suite rooms and is peacefully situated in the verdant rolling hills and olive groves above the coastal village of Agia Marina, approximately 11 km to the west of Chania.

The Elefteria Hotel has glorious views of the countryside and a panoramic view over the glorious expanse of blue sea. The nearest sandy beach, with a varied choice of water sports is approximately 1 km away. The hotel has an elegant spacious marble reception area arranged on different levels, with generous and comfortable seating. Leading off here through glass sliding doors is a large sun terrace with splendid views.

There is a full range of hotel facilities and the décor throughout is modern, and pristine, as benefits the general architectural style. The hotel is well set up for the disabled with entrance ramps and a lift. All of the rooms and suites have a shower/wc, radio, telephone, central heating, double glassing, and a balcony with sea views. Outside in the attractive front gardens, there is a large swimming pool with children’s paddling area, a pool bar, ample sun terraces with sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

There are plenty of shops and taverns in Agia Marina, and there is a regular bus service to Chania from the main road, but we do recommend a car. This is a delightfully tranquil position in which to spend a holiday and the family who run this hotel are particularly friendly welcoming and flexible.
