Ismini Apartments and Beach House Ismini have an exceptional and idyllic position, situated right on the sandy beach of Kalives, to one side of the little river, with gorgeous large gardens with a gate straight onto the beach. The property is situated on the beachside of the narrow main village road and consists of 2 apartments set to one side of the owner's house and Beach House Ismini to the other side. The large lawns are communal, but each apartment/beach house has its own private patio.

A: Ismini Apts**+

The two simply furnished apartments (about 35sqm) are next door to each other and are each suitable for 2-4 people.  Entering from the garden via a pretty patio, one reaches a small kitchenette with 1 or 2 gas rings, and a dining table.  Two wooden steps lead up to an open plan bed/living area with a stone built in single bed and from this area, wooden stairs lead up to a sleeping gallery with three beds, (one gallery has a wooden partition between the beds). Both apartments have air conditioning at an extra local charge, satellite TV, and a small bathroom/WC, with hip-bath/shower.

B: Beach House Ismini***+

Beach House Ismini is a small, lovingly restored 17^th Century house, suitable for 4-5 people, with 2 stone built in sofa beds, which double as the seating corner, in the living/dining area on the ground floor. There is a small kitchenette, a beautiful old dresser and dining table, and a satellite TV.  A few steps lead up to a small landing with an attractive old mirror/dressing table, and a WC. Wooden stairs with a stair gate at the top, lead to two bedrooms. One bedroom has a single bed and a loft bed, and the master bedroom has a beautiful old wrought iron double bed and a pretty balcony with gorgeous sea views. There is a modern bathroom with hip-bath on this floor. The villa has air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living area (extra local charge).

There is a taverna with playground next door, and a wide choice of other restaurants, tavernas, shops, cafes, and a bus stop are all close by.
