The hotel stands on the outer edge of the village of Georgioupolis, 22 km west from Rethymnon and just 100 metres from the long sandy beach. This hotel, built in three blocks, has a variety of accommodation.

The hotel rooms accommodating up to 3 people have single beds, a bathroom and balcony whilst the studios for 2 people, which are all in one building also have a kitchenette.  Some studios can be joined together to form accommodation for 4 people.
The hotel's amenities include a bar, reception, a roof garden and swimming pool.  In the village are shops, tavernas and cafes. Breakfast is included in the price for hotel rooms only.
