These tastefully decorated, modern comfortable studios and apartments are ideally situated for the beach, as the finest and largest sandy beach in Paleochora, called Pahia Ammos, is a mere 50 metres away across the small coastal road. Nearby are the post office and the village primary school, while a variety of tavernas, shops, and the open-air cinema are all within walking distance.

The building is comprised of 12 studios and 3 apartments, all with air conditioning (at an extra local charge), and prettily coordinated curtains and upholstery. The studios are on the ground floor and first floor while the 3 apartments are all on the second or top floor.

A: Studios for 2 people with living/bedroom, kitchenette, shower/WC, and small terrace or balcony.

B: Apartments suitable for between 2-5 people. Each apartment has one double bedded bedroom, a living/dining area with two sofa beds (one which forms two single beds and one which makes a single bed), modern kitchenette with filter coffee machine, two cooking rings and fridge. The blue and white bathrooms have a hip-bath, a shower fitting and WC. Two of the apartments have quite spacious balconies, one with restricted views to the sea and one with mountain views, while the third apartment has 2 smaller balconies offering views on two sides of the house.
