A: Villa Elgini

The villa has four bedrooms, and is suitable for up to 8 people.  It is quite recently built and modern, and is very spacious with 135sqm of floor space. Facilities include a washing machine, dishwasher and cable TV. On the first floor there is a large open plan living area with a bright modern and fully equipped kitchen, and a huge 45sqm large veranda. Also on this floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and a balcony leading off the bedroom, and a full bathroom with WC. The second floor has three bedrooms all with twin beds, and all of them open onto balconies with sea views. The twin bedrooms share a further bathroom with WC.

B: Elgini Studios

 These pretty studios are set within separate private, well maintained grounds, 50 metres from Villa Elgini and belong to the brother of the owner of Villa Elgini. Each studio is 25-28sqm in size and is designed for 2-3 people. Two of the studios are situated on the ground floor and the other three are on the first floor. They all have an open plan living/bedroom area with either twin beds or three single beds, a kitchenette, shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace with magnificent sea views.

The nearest sand and shingle beach is in a beautiful cove named Souda, which is approx. 2 km away.  A good variety of mini-markets, shops, tourist amenities, and some excellent tavernas can all be found in the village of Plakias, about 2 km away. A car is essential.
