These attractive newly built apartments are situated in the village of Lefkogia, which is located about 30 km south of Rethymno city and only 5 min. away from Plakias. In the village you can find 2 mini-markets, 2 taverna’s, and a small traditional bakery. A large choice of amenities can be found in Plakias and the beautiful pebble beach of Amoudi is only 2 km away. The complex exists of three apartments, one in which the owner lives. There is a choice of 2 types of accommodation:

Type A: one apartment suitable for     2–3 people, having a living/bedroom with twin beds and one sofa bed, kitchenette, shower/wc, tv, direct telephone line, air-condition (included) and balcony.

Type B: one apartment suitable for 2–4 people, having a bedroom with a double bed, living room with two sofabeds, kitchenette, shower/wc, tv, direct telephone line, air-condition ( included ) and balcony.

This accommodation is an ideal setting for those who wish to enjoy a stay in a quiet and peaceful residence.

For further excellent choice, the beaches of Shinaria, Damnoni, Plakias and Preveli are within a range of 2 till 8 km.
