These studios are particularly suitable for the disabled.                                                                                                              B: Fourteen large apartments (40-45sqm), for 2-4 people, (some of which have the entrance from the balcony), with one bedroom with a double bed, living room with two beds, satellite TV, air condition, safe, hair dryer, kitchenette, shower/WC and 2 balconies, most of them with sea views.                                                                     B1: Three large apartments (45-50sqm), for 3-5 people, as in type B, and with three beds in the living room, satellite TV, air condition, safe and hair dryer.                                                                                                                B2: Seven large apartments (50-60sqm), for 4-6 people, as in type B, and with four beds in the living room, satellite TV, air condition, safe and hair dryer.                                                                                                                 C: One flat of 80sqm  for 4-7 people, with living/dining room with 3 beds, satellite TV, air condition, safe and hair dryer, kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (shower/WC and bath/WC), and three balconies with sea views and one large terrace of 80sqm sea view.

On the back of these apts is the Alkestis II, which consists of the following types:                                                      A: Two studios (25sqm), for 2 people, with a bed/living room with kitchenette, shower/WC and balcony.                B: Five apartments (33sqm) for 2-4 people with one bedroom, living room with 2 beds small kitchenette, shower/WC and balcony.                                                                                                                                                     C: One apartment (100sqm) for 6-8 people with 3 bedrooms. It has a living room with two sofa beds, dining room with kitchenette, shower/WC and Bathrooms/WC and 3 balconies, two of them have sea view.

2 parking are available. The apts are cleaned three times a week, towels are changed twice a week and bed linen once a week. Room service without extra charge available.  Laundry service will pass by and wash everything, delivery back at least at the next day. A mini market, taverns and the bus stop, which has a regular 30 minutes service, in the summer, to Rethymno, are nearby.
