One of the apartments is situated on the ground floor and has one bedroom without a door, which has three single beds, leading to the living area, and a small patio. The maisonette on the first floor has an open sleeping gallery with a double bed, while an extra bed can be added. The apartment on the first floor consists of one separate bedroom with twin beds and a living area with one single bed. All of the three apartments have a living/dining area with kitchenette, telephone, air conditioning (included in the price), and shower/WC.

The sandy beach of Rethymno lies 900 metres away, and the old town centre has a wide choice of shops, tavernas, cafes and bars.
