Located on a hillside on the outskirts of the small traditional village of Agathias and affording panoramic views are newly built studios Elia. All studios are of a high standard and are decorated in a tasteful classic style in soft colours. The complex comprises of 6 studios for 2-3 people with bed/living room with 2 single beds and one built in sofa bed, kitchenette, bath/WC, air condition, telephone and balcony or terrace, all except one, have sea view. There is also a shared, covered terrace with a BBQ at guests` disposal.

A short drive takes you to the sand/pebble beach and small fish tavernas of Chiona and Kouremenos beach but also within short walking distance are the small traditional tavernas in the village of Agathias. A wider variety of shops, taverna and night life can be found in Palekasro village.
