This gorgeous villa is only a short, 3 minute walk to a private, sandy and swimmable beach.
The villa is new and has 3 large bedrooms each with it's own bathroom and large walk in closets. The bathrooms are very nice and big.
All bedrooms have queen sized beds. Everything you can think of is in the villa and the bedding is very nice as well.
There are 3 different terraces for sitting, eating, drinking and/or relaxing plus an extra sitting area upstairs off master bedroom.

The kitchen is great and fully equipped for cooking. As an added bonus there is a BBQ grill, which is a real treat in the DR.
Everything has been thought of to make renters comfortable. There are even plastic cups for pool side and glass for use inside.
There are plenty of towels. The pool is a really nice kidney shape and the hot tub is attached to the pool.

While staying here you can also get a day or night pass to the Breezes resort which is within walking distance.
A pass costs US$ 50 and can be used to eat, drink and see the shows in Breezes.
