golf course and a short drive to both Atlantic and Caribbean beaches.
You enter this recently refurbished house through a walkway, surrounded ginger lilies and coconut palm trees,
into an L shaped, spacious living area which is cooled by a ceiling fan. The living room is well equipped with
comfortable chairs and cablevision TV and a Hi Fi system.
There are large louver doors running the entire length of one wall in the living room and these open out
onto a high level patio overlooking the golf course and the Caribbean Sea. Here guests can relax in a
Planters chairs or enjoy the sunset whilst experiencing alfresco dining.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a 6 hob gas cooker/oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine,
coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender and stylish crockery and glass ware.
The kitchen opens onto a breakfast bar.
Downstairs are two air conditioned double bedrooms and two shower rooms. Bedroom 1
has two single beds, which can be made up as a King-sized bed, a walk in closet with safe
and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size bed and an adjacent shower room.
Both bedrooms open through glass sliding doors onto a small private terrace and from here
to the swimming pool and sun deck. The pool is 10ft by 16ft rectangular and is surrounded by a 5 ft. sun deck
The garden has been recently landscaped and is fully planted with tropical flowers and fruit trees.
The house is secured at the entrances by burglar bar doors.
