The townhouse has a comfortable living/dining room complete with home theatre system and digital cable TV. This room enjoys a lovely breeze when opened up through the French door which leads out to a private shaded patio and on to the common pool and landscaped deck area. Air conditioning is provided on both levels for your additional comfort. There is a well equipped kitchen with granite counters, a laundry room and a small powder room.

Upstairs master bedroom has a romantic four poster queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Located off this bedroom is a private balcony where one can enjoy a view of the pool and the hills beyond. The second bedroom, with views of a garden and hills, has a queen bed and its own adjacent bathroom. Staffing - half day maid service - twice weekly.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
