The villa enjoys breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and out to the French island of Martinique. The perfect spot for honeymooners or just couples looking for a quiet and romantic getaway. To take advantage of this great view, the cottage was designed with an open plan living space comprising dining and kitchen area, all opening out onto a patio area complete with alfresco dining.

There is a lovely flat lawn area just in front, perfect for sunbathing or simply enjoying a good book. A large infinity pool overlooking the breathtaking view out to sea completes this tropical paradise. The refreshing Atlantic breeze can be felt throughout the cottage but air conditioning is provided in the bedroom for additional comfort. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, perfectly situated to enjoy the great view through the French doors, which lead out to the patio area. There is an ensuite bathroom, with double face basins, and beautiful ornate fittings. There is WIFI internet access, separate laundry facilities, parking and on site watchman services.
Please note Modas Cottage can accommodate parties with 1-2 babies or small kids. Kids can be accommodated on 2 single beds in the living room area. No additional charge.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
