The villa has three air conditioned bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. The master bedroom is furnished with two double beds and also has two patios, one enjoying the sea view and the other overlooking the Trouya beach. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with a private patio. Bedroom 3 is furnished with two single beds.
There is a spacious sitting/dining room with a TV connected to CableVision and a VCR (tapes available from rental outlets locally), which opens out onto a generous patio which enjoys wonderful sea views. There are tables on the patio for alfresco dinning. A well equipped kitchen and laundry area complete the house.
The villas stands in a landscaped garden with a swimming pool and sun deck.
Owing to its cliff-side location, this house is not suitable for parties with small children or people with walking difficulties.
The house is equipped with a burglar alarm systems and a stand by generator in case of power cuts. Housekeeper 6 days weekly.
Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
