The villa is located on the Northern tip of St. Lucia in Cap Estate, where it overlooks scenic Anse Galet Bay and has the advantage of the cooling trade winds. Tranquility has been finished and furnished to a high standard and comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms for up to six guests with ceiling fans, 3 luxury bathrooms (2 en-suite), large living/dining room with ceiling fans; fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
The lower level pool deck has ample space for sun loungers in both sun and shade where guests can relax with a drink at the bar or on the in-pool seats. For the more energetic the 45 ft lap lane and the gym with rowing machine provide the opportunity to get the heart rate up.
All main rooms are large, airy and finished to a high standard. Italian tiles throughout, kitchen units, closets and furniture handmade by the islands best carpenter and appliances, furnishings and furniture imported from Europe combine to give a feel of quality hard to find in the Caribbean.
The spacious lounge with ceiling fans, over sized sofas, TV and DVD player with DVD library, electric piano and wireless broadband internet opens onto a deep terrace that runs the length of the villa and provides full-sun and shade areas at all times of day. The kitchen with ceiling fan is fully equipped and there are a variety of formal and informal dining areas; the lounge, terraces and pool deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The cooker is a luxury range stove with 2 ovens (1 gas, 1 electric) and 5 burners including wok ring. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine. Maid service is included, a cook can be provided on request. Children over the age of 12 years only. This is the owners main home and has therefore been furnished and equipped to a higher standard than that usually found in rental properties.

All bedrooms have clock-radios and hairdryers.
