Continental Breakfast is served daily from 7-11 AM in our open-air kitchen. This
complimentary meal consists of Jamaica's famous blue mountain coffee, assorted teas,
seasonal tropical fruits, cereals, fresh orange juice, toast and jam.
Tensing Pen offers in-house dinners daily to our guests. Our excellent cooks prepare
healthful Jamaican-style feasts with whatever foods are freshest that day.
From sizzling lobster on the grill, fresh snapper escovitch, brown stew chicken,
or sweet curried shrimps from Black River, each meal is prepared with flavorful
Jamaican flair. Menus are posted in the morning at breakfast.
Of course there are dozens of local dining establishments in both walking and
driving distance from Tensing Pen. Here is list of just a few of our favorites.

- Tony's Tykes Bikes - Located just across the street from Tensing Pen, Tony's offers bicycles and motorcycle rentals on a daily and weekly basis.
- Snorkeling - Enjoy some of the best snorkeling waters in the world right off the cliffs at Tensing Pen. Or take a trip to Negril's reef with famous Vincent on the glass bottom boat.

- Parasailing -You can see them flying high above the beach front waters and you can fly with them on your next trip to Negril.
- Tours/Day Trips - YS Falls and Mayfield Falls, Appleton Rum Factory, and Black River Safari. Your trip can be arranged after your arrival in our office.
